Happy Fathers Day to all of the fathers out there. We are still suffering with LOIC (Lack of Internet Connectivity). The internet at the house is line of sight an only works intermittently these days. However, I do get to record foods and exercise via my phone. I was pleasantly surprised with a 4lb drop over a 3 day period. That makes 9.2 lb in 8 days. More importantly, my weight graph is back in the BLUE! Now I'm shooting to get back to One-derland in less than a pound and 5.8 lb to my goal. Sticking with the 20:4 IF and a complete fast one day per week. It seems to be having the desired effect. I hope all y'all have a wonderful Sunday.
