Happy Thursday all! Just got my workout in and feeling maaaahvelous! Seriously.... feeling so much energy today. Hope you are too! If not, just push trough whatever is keeping you down... we can do this! BTW... made cauliflower garlic bread Tuesday night.... was FAB! This is the pic from the recipe, but mine looked almost as good and tasted amazing. My man even loved it... yes, he has jumped on the LCHF bandwagon with me, bless his heart! You can find the recipe all over pinterest.

That looks great, and it's awesome that your hubby is on the healthier way of eating wagon, even if he's not looking to drop any weight he will fell a lot better eating a better diet!

It is a great feeling to have a workout, and not be dragging. I feel I just got to get there more often. lol

Looks yummy but I have quit dairy and grains...seldom eat cheese...I have read cauliflower pizza is great, too.
