following my plan to a T... and still another slight bump in weight. oh well. wasn't hungry for dinner the last two nights so my daily calories were quite low (under 1000 each day). maybe too few calories for each day will cause my body to hold on??... but probably just that stupid old water weight I am guessing. no worries... feeling good and fitting well in my clothes. my body seems to be hovering at this weight....maybe this is where it wants to be. I thought 135 was a bit low for a goal for me anyway...haven't been that low for over 20 years. Maybe I am right where I am supposed to be now. I'm not stressing over the scale number and that is a HUGE win for me personally. woohoo! Happy Wednesday, my buddies!

Oh well, give and take, as I say. Oh only .6, well that's a victory. I went to a brunch buffet yesterday with my friend, and you know how it is, that kind of love hate thing, love the food, hate the consequences.
