Been a while since my last weigh in. Between the ups and the downs over the past three weeks I must say I am pleasantly surprised that my weight remained unchanged. There were definitely a few cheat days since my last weigh in, so it's good to know that the "good" days were well worth the effort. Well, I knew that breaking the 190 lb plateau was not going to be easy. Just so happy to see my weight remain on the lower half of this weight decade.
