Well i dont think i have lost any weight this week. If that is the case, i am hoping its just because of a couple of meds i am taking. and when i am done taking them, i hope to see the scale going down again. i also havent been hitting the gym like i should. but i knew this might happen this month so i am not going to try to stress over it much.
