Full Disclosure: I recorded my weight incorrectly yesterday. I was actually 154.4 yesterday, so there was technically no change today. Oh well.
I think I did pretty well since we were traveling yesterday and went out to eat for dinner on our way home. Skipped breakfast and lunch, recorded a little over 700 kcal for dinner. Trying my best to keep it low. :)
