I didn't make them... but want to. I did make some cheese crisp snacks that were fab though: just mix shredded cheddar with some chili powder and garlic powder and but in little piles on parchment paper. Drop a thinnnnnn slice of jalepeno in the middle of each and back at 350 till brown around the edges. they crisp up nicely when you take them out... delish little cracker-like snacks.

Chuck, I was at the newport beach jazz fest at the Hyatt. Michael McDonald and Brian Culbertson headlined with tons of other great artists. We go to Spaghettini all the time... some great music there! You will also need to try the Thornton Winery Summer concert series if you don't mind the drive to Temecula. FABULOUS jazz artists all summer long in a super small, intimate setting. Every seat is wonderful... and the wine ain't bad either. ;)

Remember Laura, 1 liter of water is 3 pounds. That means if you retain as little as 1 cup of water you could hold a pound. And something a lot of people don't know about strength training. Depending on what kind of lifting you do you could retain as much as a liter. Simply lifting weights floods muscle cells with water. So yeah lil lady. You could just be getting more muscle. That could EASILY account for .6 pounds. VERY easily.

Wow, knuckles... thanks tons! I had no idea. I am such a novice when it comes to knowing the science behind what I am doing. That makes total sense then.... I am feeling good. My man says I am looking good. :) So I am just gonna keep plugging along at this... and TRY to remember the science of these little ups and downs. Water, not fat....yup.

That means the wine won't really hurt you too much. Daily weigh-ins are really kind of ridiculous, if I'm up a pound gimme a sec, I'll go pee and I should be down seven. lmao Consistency is the fat secret, high-hat, snare.

Warren... Hope the tacos were yummy! Went to Taco Tuesday with a friend...the place was packed and couldn't find a table so ended up just standing at the bar and had 2glasses of Cabernet for dinner. (No wise cracks Phil!! LOL) gonna make me a couple tacos for lunch I think. ;)
