Registered for classes today at Clayton State University. Am excited about starting in August. My schedule is going to full but i am going to do my best to make sure i still have time to exercise and keep losing weight. They served us "lunch" today which was a sandwich that had i think packaged chicken meat slices (3 slices), a piece of lettuce a slice of tomato, and a slice of american cheese, a bag of chips and a chocolate cookie. I only ate the meat, tomato, and lettace. I have logged the lettuce and tomato but dont know how to log the sandwich meat. everything i have looked up shows up nothing.
So i am not going to worry about it. I still have enough space in my calorie count not to let it bother me.
