Was off work for nine days due to the holiday. Now going back to usual routine.

I bring juice to work and the food diary logs the items juiced.

I felt great at work. I was high energy, cheerful. I walked up a flight of stairs without using the handrail.

Someone offered me chocolate, and I politely declined. I didn't even want it.
