So it looks like I'm gonna need to lose about 3 or so pounds a week over the next 4 weeks to hit that 10% challenge. As long as I don't stray into carbland I don't see that being a problem. It's going down! 😎

Thanks jmb3450, I've been working my ass off! I'm kind of amazed at the fact that I'm eating and digesting my food and I'm losing weight faster than I did when I was deep into my ED. It feels great to not be hungry and miserable all the time and still see results. Combining my low carb thing with working out is really doing wonders for my soul! 😊

Good for you, Christine. You sound so much more committed to losing. Just keep at it and focus, and it will happen. Once you really start feeling the difference, you will be hooked, and more committed. I have realized that many here have it more difficult, but it will become even more important to you, as you progress. Best of luck with it. We all, are rooting for you!
