It's the first....of a month....so might as well begin again. This time better strategy- excellent healthy choices and very small portions.Plus 45 minutes of some kinda rigorous exercise....TO BEGIN WITH. DAILY. So far, I've succeeded. One day at a time. Almost 200 lbs again is not cool at all. I read the Daniel plan today and uploaded app on phone. It focuses not only on diet and exercize, but friends, family, focus and time actually set aside to focus on God/God's word/private worship. Don't have to rely on MY strength....but continually draw on God's. And speak forth His living proceeding Word. This combo will work and CAN work for the rest of my life 💜😎😆
