I was pretty bummed, I gained 4 pds! But then I cut my food as low as I could and I lost some extra water weight and now I am working on the last 2 pds and then the hard fight! All the way to my goal weight!
Feeling better and I had energy today but I pushed too hard. I wanted to move! And move I did.
I have really bad back problems among other things but I don't know what to do being I'm a shut in, unless someone takes me somewhere.
So I decided I needed to try to move and stop when then pain got serious.
I vacuumed and moped our house, and I was on a roll. I took my muscle relaxer and decided I had ticked at my daughter(18 years old) for not cleaning and caring for my car on a regular basis so I vacuumed that too. I couldn't believe it took me 3 hours. Ridiculous!
So now I can barley walk :( but it helped me stay busy which is good for me cause I get depressed just sitting around.
Tomorrow I may be resting lol but for today I kicked butt!

Give yourself some credit, you've already lost 25 lbs! That is huge and you know what to do and you just keep doing it. I take my muscle relaxer in the evening so that I can fall asleep before I start to munch when I sit in front of the TV. I know how an alcoholic feels when they need a drink......I'm not kidding. One night I was watching TV and a Wendy's commercial came on and I could not get the chocolate frosty out of my head. I got into my car, in my pajamas and drove to the nearest Wendy's drive-thru. That is how powerful food addiction can be. Once you recognize the triggers, they are easier to avoid.

Mec7790 I understand completely. Yes I also agree it's a serious addition. I decided whenever that when I'm that crazy hungry and wanna demolish the kitchen and cupboards, I'm gonna make my self drink water till I'm full and then I had no need. I wanna say though it was so hard doing that and i started that last night and practicing all day! I had a tbs of peanut butter and that helped but I have put lemon in water and then sweetener, that helps a lil but the most that helps is I'm working hard just don't give up! When I gave up smoking it was the same that I'm going crazy deal but I swear the water helped so much! I wish you luck, really! <3

FloridaAngel I"m pretty stupid I guess I worked my buns off again today, but in my defense It was a real need. I have a car that I bought from my Aunt who passed and my daughter has NO respect for keeping it clean and maintaining it so I stopped her privalages. It's really hard but I feel like it's tough love and the car was stressing me out, I can't replace it. 4 I didn't have the $ to get it even washed and wax so I decided it was gonna be me cause no one will help me. Today I washed the floor mats and hung them to dry and I washed and waxed my car (she looks purdy again!) I had forgotten it actually had silver specks in the paint! I wish I didn't hurt so much, I'm really wobbly right now so I'm resting the rest of the day!
