Woah, spent last week trying to recover from the rather painful injury in my shoulder (which is now MUCH better), and enjoying some Thanksgiving favorites (within reason) and still managed to lose 1.8 lbs for the week! 188.8 when I stepped on the scale this morning. I leave for NY on Thursday morning, and have lost 44.2 lbs since I first started seriously planning the trip and determined I wanted to be 40 lbs lighter by then. It feels good to have met the goal...even if I do still have a lot more fat than I care to. lol I'm going to push on to my goal of 170, but may decide to go a little further than that. Will evaluate once I get there.
