I'm starting my second week of 5:2 fasting. I'm actually surprised by how much energy I have and how little I am hungry during my fast day. Don't get me wrong, I am hungry, but it's not torture. It's just there.
My focus is getting a little better. I will occasionally get whoozie and dizzy but overall it's getting better. I'm keeping my carb content under 20g per day and trying to skip meals here and there.
I don't know if I will continue to record my weight on FS everyday. I still weigh every morning and record it in my manual weight journal but I will probably start updating FS once a week with my weekly average. I know everyone isn't really interested in the up and down bounce that happens when weighing everyday.
Thank you everyone for being so supportive. You have made this a much easier process then it would've been. I'm glad to call you my buddies. :)

Sorry. I do that. I don't have OCD. I have CDO. It's just like OCD, but the letters in the acronym are in alphabetical order (as they should be).

Kp, I go through stages where I have complete and total disinterest in food and have no hunger and no drive to eat, that usually lasts for a week or so then my appetite and interest in food resumes. I don't really know what it's all about, it causes havoc with my grocery shopping and cooking because I can roam the grocery store for hours and find nothing that appeals to me, this usually starts about 4 weeks into my fasting routine, I just came out of one. One thing I have noticed though, when I become interested in food again it's usually in smaller portions. Something about it seems to adjust my "fat eyes" who think more is better.
