Okay Thanksgiving dinner is over. All I ate was some turkey, carrots, and green beads. Sure the stuffing and the sweet potatoes (in brown sugar sauce), and sweet rolls, and gravy all looked good, but I kept my composure and only ate what I knew was good. I don't think I did too terribly. I did eat alot of snacks before the meal. I couldn't help it.

Still, with my indiscretions, I still manage to have 7 points left at the end of the day, and I'm going to walk tonight. I must. Even if it's only a 15 minute walk, it must happen. In fact, after this Cowboys game, I'm walking. This weekend will be interesting, it's a friend's birthday, and we're going to a good restaurant. I'm nervous I won't be able to get anything good. I'll check it out on here before we go. Either that or I save all my points for that day.

I feel bad that I don't use all my points by the end of the day, but I don't treat them like rollover minutes, it's either use 'em or lose 'em. I plan to lose 'em, along with all my weight.
