It's the holidays and I gained weight and I hate it. Now it's time for mixed martial arts and itunes health podcasts. My boyfriend won't let me diet because he's worried I"ll be come anorexic like I was in 8th and 9th grade. I kinda like food too much to do that again. Plus I hav self esteem now. But since I'm only aloud to work out I'll gain muscle and tone up. Plus he's working out with me from now on... Even though he's a stick... screw genetics!I'm planning on only losing 5 pounds to be more of a size 0 again and fit into my new skinny jeans. So I'll be working my stomach mostly. Well wish me luck. I'm also taking natural dietary pills... but my boyfriend says I can only take them for a week then we give them to my friend Krystal "Because she needs them and you don't. You are already perfect." To him yes to me no. I wanna fit my skinny jeans! But great it's Thanksgiving today and I'm over at my boyfriends house for this one. At least his parents make great food
