As for sides I suggest asparagus which cal be cooked along side the salmon anywhich way you choose. I like to throw it in a pan with a little EVO, then halved grape tomatoes, and a splash of lemon.. can even throw some feta or goat cheese on after.

Thanks J99...i will look at that because i got flounder instead of salmon or tilapia. my daughter said she wouldnt eat the talopia anyway because it is a bottom feeder what ever that means

Oh @JP...i found a way to eat the avocado. i mix it with cottage cheese for breakfast but the thing is that the taste of plain is becoming addictive too.
