I know it sounds strange, but I call this a win. I lost 2.2 yesterday and it doesn't seem to have boomeranged back up. A 0.2 gain with my late meal last night is a win. (Worked late, got home late, hence ate late. C'est la vie.)
Starting my Fast Day. Excited, but nervous. I'm going to drink plenty of water today and eat around 7pm. That makes a 20 hr fast. I'm not sure what I will have for dinner but it will be 500 kcal or under.
