I checked my measurements again this month and I've lost some inches in my arms, waist and thighs Current measurements of bust, waist and hips are: 49,36,48
I've also decided that I really can't weigh 135-145. I'm short but I have a wide frame. I'm already down to next to no fat on my waist and hips (maybe 1.5 inches deep) and the tops of my ribs where my excess fat wraps around from my breasts (maybe 2.5 inches deep). I need to lose fat mainly in my legs, arms, face and gut, but especially my gut. Both of my sisters have a very slender build with narrow hips and shoulders, but if I weighed my "ideal weight" according to charts online and the BMI, I'd just look sick, according to my mom and Nana. So I think I will set my goal for now to lose weight down to 180lbs and then worry less about the weight loss from there until I find a weight I feel good and look good at, but most importantly, something healthy.
