No, the call wasnt a wrong number...in fact i was up for about an hour talking to the person on the other end...which for me wasnt a good thing...

Question....do you think its ok that i have got hooked on cottage cheese and goat cheese? for some reason, i am getting to where i crave cottage cheese and no guys i am not pregnant...lol

Perhaps they contain some nutrient you need? Be happy they are totally legal on your program.

Well, it could just be the carbs in cottage cheese. Same with Goat cheese.

Cottage cheese is fine, like pretty much everything, as long as you don't get carried away, which you are obviously not.

I didn't mean there was anything wrong with it. She mentioned she feels she is getting hooked on it. I just mentioned it could be the carbs in it.

@KTMM Not contracting you, brother. I agree to look for hidden carbs. I checked and cottage cheese is running about 4gms/ 1/2cup.

Yeah, I didn't find out till a week ago. When I would go to Steak and shake I was trying to supplemt some fat for cottage cheese thinking it was like real low carb. Then I got hom and looked on the FS food list. I was like CRAP!!!! I had a double order which was like 2 full cups of it. 16 Grams of carbs in just that. I was so pissed at myself. But it didn't knock me outa keto. Now I just avoid it. I know I don't need to. but I do. Carbs are funny though. If your body isn't used to not having carbs and are new to KETO, just having something with a Few carbs can make you crave it. That was happening to me with the Green veggies till I got more and more adapted to producing Ketones. IT was a strange time for me.

well i did 21 minutes @ 2.9mph on the treadmill tonight and some ab machine workout...right now my knee is doing fine. doesnt hurt. but then again i havent slept yet....so we will see if it will stoveup while i am sleeping. i feel better since i worked out. now i will eat my 1/2 c cottage cheese and drink me a slim fast chocolate drink...i think with those two items i am still under my cal goal and my split between the three categories is still good. Will check back soon to see how everyone else is doing

i went to the gym this morning and have decided to walk at 2.5mph instead of doing the 3mph so that i can walk longer and further. i think that will be better than walking faster but not as far or as long...right guys?

i still cant keep my heart rate below 130 when i am walking though. i forgot who told me that i needed to shoot for about 117bpm but i cant seem to do that and thats not working on the machines before hand. that is straight to the treadmill when i get there.
