Still bloated... still puffy... still holding water and thangs... still no sign of "SHARK WEEK" and NO, I'm not preggers! I totes jump up and down after. 😉

I super wish working on my health and fitness didn't screw with my hormones and their effects on my body so darn much!

Its amazing how much our diet affects our hormones. If you have some free time look up the channel "megsquats" on Youtube. She has a video about her fitness journey, where she talks about getting to super low body fat levels for a bodybuilding show, and wound up losing her period altogether, and then binged after the show and wound up gaining something like 30 lbs. Shes a pretty strong chick, and your personality reminds me of her a bit. I bet youd get a kick out of watching her videos.

Hey Christine, keeping level weight while feeling bloated is pleasant suprise!! Thanks also Chad....I'll look at it too, someone close to me asked me the other day about their diet's affect on their hormones (40ish female)..I'll pass it on to them.

Lol thanks. I just ate my little coconut oil -choco-fatmonster to quell the hunger. It worked a little too well. Now I feel full and yucka 😝 me no likey today! Lol
