So much for an early walk tomorrow! Yikes!
Last night I was on our swing, going pretty high and when I adjusted my grip to slow down the swing went right out from under me (stupid slippery yoga pants) and sent me face down into the gravel
I've acquired seven bruises, eight cuts and a variety of scratches on top of a badly aching wrist. It took about twenty four hours but my whole back and abdomen are really achy now. Damn you gravity.
Oh well, take a day or two to rest and probably get back into it after that
Wednesday I have some blood work and an OBGYN visit right after.

Im glad that nothing worse happened. Bumps and bruises heal with time. We are glad you are ok.

Thanks y'all. If I'd done that a few months ago I can almost guarantee I would have broken something! This must mean my calcium supplements are working

Ouch! I hope you feel better soon, it's only cosmetic injuries (thank goodness) could have been some broken bones! Play safe out there!

Ehehe, well I am pretty sore now. It took about twenty four hours for me to realize how bad my back and side hurt. I just sneezed and could swear I saw my life flash before my eyes 😂 Lol
