ok well I haven't weighed myself and I haven't worked out today. I will work out tomorrow for sure and i will weigh myself in the morning. I already ate almost all of my calories for the day today. I am going to my class today and i haven't received my book yet so i have not been able to read anything I will have to catch up as soon as i get the book i guess. Anyways, they changed my class and instructor to some lady's class I hope she's okay. I don't like changes like these but oh well. I'll go along with it. Oh and I will start taking those diet pills again on friday as well. I haven't taken them for the past few days but I will resume on friday. I was just don't want my body to get used to them. I think that my body will start working with the pills again on friday and this girl told me about these other pills I am planning to take those on the 20th of October I just have to go buy them. She said they were available at the vitamin shoppe. okay cool.
