Arms are sore from the workout yesterday. Trying to up my calorie intake...I need to do more of a variety of exercises instead of just walking on the treadmill and toning exercises...not feeling very motivated today but i'm gonna make myself workout one way or another. Need to turn some of this fat into muscle.
