Last night my hubby, and personal chef, wasn't feeling well so we went out for dinner. It would've been okay if it wasn't for the tortilla chips we devoured at the table. I knew it was going to reflect on the scale but my evening of weakness lead to a 'fcuk it' type attitude.

I'm taking the advice a few other members offered. I'm lowering my RDI. I've decided to go with 1750 cal/day. I'm also going to take my Thyroid supplement again, ran out and didn't pick up anymore. I'm convinced there is more than calories in/ calories out when people gain weight. Not sure what's going on with me right now. Uhg!
