The most effective IF schedule I've used is an 18/6, eat your break fast around 3/4pm then dinner around 8/9pm. I always try to eat an avocado at least once, both meals is better, with about 4oz of protein/fat, I love the bone-in shoulder roast I make once a week. I try to stay on that schedule at least six days a week. If you think it's something you could manage, try it for a week. If it's not something you're interested in, there's a lot of variations on the theme.
