Third day. Feeling even better now. Didn't get a chance to walk. Weather didn't cooperate. Baking two cakes this weekend for two different clients, both with drop off dates on Saturday. Yay for stress! Let's hope I can keep the icing on the cake and out of my mouth. Nothing like an entire day of eating nothing but granulated sugar in the form of icing.

I'm starting to really enjoy this diet, and although it's only the third, I'm really starting to anticipate seeing results. I'm all about instant-gratification. That's why I never stick to a diet, because it's a gradual change. We'll see.

I'm planning on only weighing in once a week, because I'm scared that if I weigh myself constantly I'll get discouraged, and I would really like for this diet to stick, this time.
