Yay! Lost another pound and wasn't super sore from my workout yesterday. My new shoes are awesome. The Reebok Premier Zipblaze is a great shoe, its made to prevent muscle damage and I didn't get one leg cramp while I was sleeping last night. That makes me happy :)
