Good Morning FatSecret! I’m back!! =) I took a longer break than I thought lol. I’m starting over today and I’m going to give it my all. I had some blood work done a few days ago and found out what kind of crap I’m facing. I’m about 9pts away from being borderline diabetic and I’m extremely high on the Triglycerides. Part of that apparently is caused by my medicine which they changed. Both of my doctors said I need to immediately cut the fake, simple carbs & sugars and suggested the South Beach Diet. So, here we go.
And then I had blueberry muffins for breakfast! Thanks mom! They were heavenly but I can’t imagine those are on the diet lol.
Anyway, seriously though, I want to be around for awhile and be healthy. I have to do this now…and hopefully my family and boyfriend will follow suit. I'd like to have them around for awhile too...
