Well, today was a lame day. More birthday festivities and no work out.
New phone over the weekend and lost all of my appts., birthday party sunday... Just not groovin'.
Eating clean tomorrow and at least taking a walk-- hopefully more. I have re-emailed the personal trainer and I hope to do some butt kicking soon. I just feel so blah.
