Feeling tired, but proud of myself for not giving up. Last night I had a girls night out. I ate Lasagna had bread and wine. I felt horrible about my choices, by 7:30 I was home in bed snoring!!! But my son got me up at 9:30 and we went to the gym for an hour. proud about that.
I've been gaining weight, but I really believe it's because I've been at the gym every night. at least I hope that's what it is.

Well just another day in the life of me.
