A nice drop this week. No doubt it's due to me purposely avoiding eating any Quest bars all week.It was really hard to avoid them at first because they are like protein packed treats in the right carb/protein/fat ratio but I discovered in my week of abstinence that I had a lot less belly bloat, gas, and GI issues.

I'm pretty sure that I'm intolerant to the erythritol sweetener that they use so I will try to eat protein bars a lot less and only eat Quest bars with the lowest grams of it from now on -- that would be Cookies & Creme and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough which only have 2gm erythritol per bar.
