Monday morning I woke up and could not turn my head. This is a trend I have kept all week, and therefore I have not worked out. Not even once. Blah. Still hurting and tight after 2 massages, heat, cal mag-- the works. Ugh, so frustrating.
But, I have tried to keep my calories in check- except the dreaded movie night. This weekend is the fair and clothes shopping for our trip to the mountains in 2 week-- with out any one else. Oh yes. I am so looking forward to it.
