Well I realized I had entered a wrong weight when I entered the 154 so today isn't a gain, its actually a continued loss. I finally figured out my scales were definitely off, calibrated them, they weren't weighing consistent. So I'm still pleased with my loss. I just don't know how to edit the weight on here.
