I haven't been entering my diet here recently but I still have been dieting. I can honestly say that my daily food intake has not varied significantly over the last few months and I think I have a handle on this. Exercise has become a daily activity. I may not go to the gym or run everyday but I'm conscious of doing *something* other than sitting and eating. I feel so much better and this feeling is what carries me through my day. I love it. I'm excited to be nearing my goal. Once I hit it I may revise my exercise program to include more muscle-building, especially for the winter, so we'll see where I can go from there.
