Weight was 192.4 this morning...which isn't bad, but it was 192 all weekend, so it spiked a little today. Water weight...I'm sure of that because after my workout it was 190.8, I don't usually show that big a variance after my workout. Will be so excited to see my weight fall into the 180's! I have a sister in law arriving in town on business tonight, and will be dining out with her. I think we're going to Chili's, so there are several options I can choose from. Maybe I'll make it back down to 192 tomorrow.
