Well today was a down day, My digital scales are not weighing right, between 2-20 lbs diference with in 5 mins. I don't know whats going on with it. I can't stand these days when emotional pain comes and the first thing I think to do is eat. Although I didn't just gorge I did eat popcorn. And ate hard candies. But still I did not stick to the protocol. Tomorrow is another day.......I'l do better
