Today was the last of the two week's of parties with the old folk. They ready tomorrow and will leave on Sunday morning so they will have a simple evening meal and early night. They have a 5+ hour journey and need to leave early because they travel with their hens and it's not fair to have them cooped too long.
So tomorrow or Monday is the day of reckoning for me... way more alcohol than I am used to, and eating in the evening doesn't suit, but I think I can get back on track soon enough.
Mother handed on a dress she had bought for one of the parties. It's too small for her, though she did wear it. It's a gownless evening strap... I wore it for Christmas and it wasn't at all small on me :) It wasn't long since she was passing me her clothes which were too big for her yet fitted me.
I reckon that has to be a success story somewhere.
