Well I did not weigh myself today but I will tomorrow morning. I did not work out today at all. But I tried to eat good today. It seemed like I was really hungry today and just wanted to eat all kinds of stuff. Anyways I want to go to the gym everyday after I drop rexxy off from school everyday except on mon and wednedays when I take my class. I will start doing that on thursday and friday. I need to lose another 3 pounds so I can stop taking those pills. My mom said I need to take the aminogen after I take the other two pills. I will do that I guess. Man I hope these pills are not bad for me. What I do know is that they helped me get to my goal weight finally!!! after alot of work...
Anyways I had been cooking a lot last week but i've stopped now but I will resume my cooking on friday. I will cook lasagna for my family and we'll have a great family dinner.
