These last few days I've been sluggish and not getting all my steps in. I finally realized that it's tied to my taking a sleep aid the previous night. So bye bye sleep aids and melatonin because you just give me hangovers and make me too inactive the next day.
On the flip side, when I don't get enough sleep I become very irritable and snack like crazy in order to stay awake. At least I'm aware of the hazards of both sides of the coin.
I'll have to experiment with sleepy time teas and calming night time rituals instead.
