Well I'm still on the loss. Was dealing with more boughts of hunger so I upped my magnesium. My jug is making it very easy to get my water in for the day. My husand is doing this right along with me. He has dropped in the same amount of time 25 lbs I am told thats normal on this plan for the men to drop faster then we do. Booooooo thats just not fair. As this plan is called pounds & Inches and its for a reason. Some days you will see pounds lost on the scale, other days you'll see it on the tape measure, either way everyday you will see improvement. Thats a win!
