Today has been somewhat successful (but it's not late night and that's when I get the midnight munchies madness) Had a green juice (took the cobwebs off of my nutribullet) ate salad, curry but no rice- poured it over salad, fresh fruits, lots of H2o, and I might have another green juice. My mom brought over some trader Joe dark cacao 72%, I had a few pieces- didn't get crazy with it, Did some treadmill, I think I'm feeling good! Now I have to wait till late night since that's when my sugars and carbs craving kicks in. I got my water... I think I might manage!

Yes I suggest the tea as well. It helped me a lot with curbing hunger and "snacking".

For nighttime cravings: Make a bowl of berries -- raspberries, strawberries, blueberries -- and add a tablespoon of bittersweet chocolate chips (70% or more) or a tablespoon of chopped walnuts. This is very healthy and very satisfying.

Apple herbal tea.. I've never heard of it, but it sounds fantastic! Thanks also for the berries recipe, I am discovering new goodies everyday with you guys!

It's just an apple cinnamon tea... there is cherry tea too.... if you get fancy tea it's exciting to try them and some tast really sweet with no sugar or sweeteners
