Bathroom tmi:

Okay so I had next to no diary today so why am I having such and upset stomach! I used to have diahrea all the time before we found out about my lactose intolerance and sugar problem but I still get it occasionally. I think I need to start checking what I eat on these days and see if there's a common food I haven't picked up on or what because this sucks.
