Back from my week off for my 40th Birthday. TONS of walking and really healthy eating - for the most part. maybe a little too many cocktails but I had a wonderful time! back on track and the scale looked good this afternoon. I'll do an actual weigh in tomorrow when I wake up. Happy Saturday!
