I haven't been focused on my weight loss lately. My husband and I are trying to find jobs, and manage our money (he collects unemployment since he just got out of the Army) and it's hard to focus on much else right now. I have managed to record my food, it just happens to be well after I've eaten it. I've also noticed a pattern with myself. I like to Facebook a lot. I'll put on FB when Jordan and I go for our walks. When my favorite show is on. When I pass an exam or lose a pound. To get to the point, I will post on FB when feel like working out. My work outs include Army crunches (harder than regular ones lol), push ups, this thing I call leg throws (lay on your back, put your legs straight up and "throw" them down til they're about an inch from the floor, and back up again...) And hip thrusts, with my feet up on my bed (right now, only about a foot off the ground). THOSE hurt my booty! haha.. Well, it's not a heavy work out, but it works for me.. What I've noticed, is that if I post on FB about the work out, before I even do it, I won't work out! It's happened 3 times now, and I'm just finally catching on. If I want to work out, I have to make sure I actually do the work out first, before I tell the people of FB about it. I'm not ever sure why I do it. I just know that it happens the same way every time. My goal is to keep hush about my exercise until it's over with. To stop pre talking of it, or else it will keep making me not want to do the work out.
