I am actually doing Dr. Someone's HCG pounds & inches. I love this plan a lot. It resets your metabolism, it's very effective in not only losing weight but feeling great while your on it. You become very aware of food labels all the absolute junk that is in everything from bagged salad to store bought meat. Thankfully hunting season went well last year so lean pure protein is what I get. Today went very well staying on track. Looking forward to weighing in the morning. Something people either don't know or don't think about is that your skin absorbs calories through those wonderful ingredients like cocoa butters, and other fats and oils. You wouldn't ever think of that but it's true. When trying to lose corn husk or baby oil is good to use instead of lotions. Well that is it for now. Tomorrow is another day
