Well not quite a fast ... It was a Semi fast! Under 900 calories which is pretty huge for me :). Wasn't really all that hungry either I was surprised. Will report in tomorrow am after weigh in!

Good job. I did a 30 and 24 fast this week and plan on wrapping up this week with a new 20.
