Well, Its time to clean out the old closet. Gonna donate my XL stuff to charity. I havent fit into them for months, but you know how it goes.Slight anxiety inducing, but not really. The hardest thing is that I have a lot of cool Yankees and Nevada Wolf Pack swag that I must part with!! Next step will be to get my suits taken IN. I am pretty comfortable in making good choices food wise and in loving to get my exercise, therefore I feel pretty safe about letting this stuff go. I am trying not to be cocky about this. I just like to share the good stuff. This site really does teach us through the food diary. Such a HUGE tool. If you are not doing it (loggging your meals) YOU SHOULD BE!

Good for you - in this economy there are lots of people out there who can use that XL stuff. But as for you - there is no reason to keep it. Of course I am sorry about your sports memorabilia - maybe give those to a buddy who will cheer along with you?

that's awesome! I can't wait to do the same, well, actually get out all of the clothes I grew out of and get rid of the fat clothes I had to wear temporarily.

ha ha. I looked ridiculous last time I had to wear Dockers and a shirt (big boy clothes) Im lucky enough to make a decent living in cargo shorts and a T shirt!
