Well, Its time to clean out the old closet. Gonna donate my XL stuff to charity. I havent fit into them for months, but you know how it goes.Slight anxiety inducing, but not really. The hardest thing is that I have a lot of cool Yankees and Nevada Wolf Pack swag that I must part with!! Next step will be to get my suits taken IN. I am pretty comfortable in making good choices food wise and in loving to get my exercise, therefore I feel pretty safe about letting this stuff go. I am trying not to be cocky about this. I just like to share the good stuff. This site really does teach us through the food diary. Such a HUGE tool. If you are not doing it (loggging your meals) YOU SHOULD BE!
