Ok yesterday was a bad day. I thought I was good by not eating the desert... Man! a lot of calories ! But it was a benefit, so I had to eat!!!! I had a good time and still am proud that I didn't ate the chocolate desert, wich had probable the same amount of calories then the entire meal.
