this whole week i've been sick with a cold. it's affecting my chest, throat, and neck. and since i'm an asthma patient, well... it's a lot worse for me.

lately i haven't been feeling up to par with appetite and eating habits. and espcially exercising which there is none of at the moment. just today i had to eat 2 chocolate candy bars just so my caloric intake of the day reached 1000 calories. I think that's pretty bad...
